Uncle Chad has many talents but his ways in the kitchen are at the top! Welcome to his fiery world of experimentation and creativity, where passion for food and the love of spice are intertwined. Inspired by his travels around the world and his four-legged muses, each sauce creation is a culinary postcard capturing the unique traits and quirks of both his globetrotting, and his canine companions.

Rufian
Meet Rufian, the heart and soul behind Rufian's Sweet Tropical Heat. A sweet but spicy little beagle that inspired our first flavor. He was a pup that stole our hearts in 2018 while we were on a tropical beach vacation. Roughed up and struggling to survive, he was determined to join our pack. His unwavering loyalty and determination was heart warming and reflective of his overall personality. He brings the perfect blend of sweetness and heat, just like the sauce. Rufian spends his days lounging in the shade or chewing the husks off coconuts.
Rudy
Our Rudy girl, she’s a savage in disguise. She arrived to us as a puppy via SW Beagle Rescue on a ‘trial visit’ that lasted all of one day before we knew for sure, she was part of the pack. Her fiery spirit and rough dog ways inspired our hottest flavor. The first to rise every morning, she is ready to roll hot! This red headed girl is spicy from start to finish. She loves to steal the attention, push herself in line for pets and be the first to greet any visitor. She spends her days swimming; running the beach, or napping in the heat.
Russo
Meet Russo, another vacation dog rescue. When Uncle Chad asked his wife what she wanted for her birthday, she pointed to this little guy, hiding under a beach restaurant deck. Dumped as a puppy and trying to get by on his own, his quiet and timid ways, combined with his ‘ruh roh” bathroom habits, inspired our most mild sauce - Russo's Ruh Roh. It took over a year for him to adapt to people but now he’s a loving little snuggle mutt that sleeps on our heads at night. He spends his days on the patio watching the water or chasing the birds that fly over.
